Historic town well-known for its Norman Castle and Romanic Cathedral. It is worth to visit the Church of the Saints Cosma and Damiano, with its works of art from different ages. In the cloister there is still now an olive tree which, as the story goes, was planted by Saint Mauro, a disciple of St.Benedict.
